Chili for 50 (One Large Roaster)

Ingredients

  • 12 LBS GROUND BEEF (OR VENISON OR TURKEY)
  • 6 (1 LB, 12 OZ) CANS OF CRUSHED TOMATOES
  • 1.5 LBS (6 PKG) ALBERT AGNOR’S CHAMPIONSHIP CHILI MIX
  • 6 CANS OF WATER

Directions

  • BROWN THE MEAT, POUR OFF EXCESS GREASE.
  • ADD: CHILI MIX AND STIR THOROUGHLY
  • ADD: TOMATOES WITH LIQUID
  • ADD: WATER (ADD A LITTLE MORE OR LESS TO KEEP DESIRED CONSISTENCY).
  • SIMMER OVER LOW HEAT OR IN ROASTER, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY TO PREVENT STICKING. SHOULD BE SIMMERED FOR 8 HOURS.
