Chili for 50 (One Large Roaster)
Ingredients
- 12 LBS GROUND BEEF (OR VENISON OR TURKEY)
- 6 (1 LB, 12 OZ) CANS OF CRUSHED TOMATOES
- 1.5 LBS (6 PKG) ALBERT AGNOR’S CHAMPIONSHIP CHILI MIX
- 6 CANS OF WATER
Directions
- BROWN THE MEAT, POUR OFF EXCESS GREASE.
- ADD: CHILI MIX AND STIR THOROUGHLY
- ADD: TOMATOES WITH LIQUID
- ADD: WATER (ADD A LITTLE MORE OR LESS TO KEEP DESIRED CONSISTENCY).
- SIMMER OVER LOW HEAT OR IN ROASTER, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY TO PREVENT STICKING. SHOULD BE SIMMERED FOR 8 HOURS.
